He glanced at
her, his eyes grew wide
“You are a beautiful maiden!”
She blushed and
smiled with delight
Then leaned over and kissed him
Thirty two years
of married life
His next words reawakened,
“Let me put my
glasses on.”
She said, “In case I am mistaken!”

intertwined
Wrestling match ensued
Lighting sparkles
in their eyes
